Christmas/ New Years Meals

We prepare and you cook with our instructions. This way your meat stays moist and tender. We can customize the roast to your desired weight. (Please call our store at 453-3550 to customize your order) Just add $19.99 per lb. bone-in & boneless (3/4 lb per person recommended on the boneless and 1.5 lb per person on the bone in.)  We can cut the bones off and tie them back for presentation & ease of carving.  They say meat next to the bone is the most tender.  Boneless is the better value since you buy less.
